This was a tough case because the client actually admitted to molesting his daughter in a confession. We were able to get the client out of jail on a bail motion which helped us then get the client into therapy. Our sexual assault defense attorneys spent well over a year fighting the case hard. In the end, our defense attorneys worked out a deal where the client received a probation sentence as opposed to 10 to 20 years in prison.
